SVGS series (VIBRATING GRIZZLY SCREEN)
A Grizzly Screen is a type of heavy-duty vibrating screen used primarily for coarse material separation in mining, aggregate, and construction industries. It consists of a series of parallel, spaced bars or rails that form a grid-like surface, through which material is fed. The bars are typically inclined and vibrated to aid in the movement of materials, with finer particles passing through the gaps while larger materials are conveyed forward for further processing.
Grizzly screens are designed to handle large volumes of material, often in the form of rocks, minerals, and other bulk solids. They are commonly used as a primary screening solution to separate oversized materials from the finer product before it is passed on to secondary crushers or other processing equipment.
-- ADVANTAGES --

Effective Coarse Material Separation:
-
Grizzly screens are highly effective at separating larger materials from finer particles, making them ideal for primary screening applications where coarse aggregates need to be isolated before further processing.
High Throughput Capacity:
-
The wide spacing between bars allows for the efficient passage of fine materials while keeping larger, heavier objects on the screen surface. This ensures high throughput without clogging or blockages, even when handling large volumes of material.
Durability and Strength:
-
Built to withstand harsh operating conditions, grizzly screens are constructed from heavy-duty materials, ensuring long-lasting performance and the ability to handle abrasive and tough materials like rocks, ores, and large debris.
Low Maintenance Requirements:
-
Due to their simple yet robust design, grizzly screens require minimal maintenance. The absence of fine mesh elements reduces the risk of clogging and wear, lowering the frequency of repairs and replacements.
Cost-Effective Operation:
-
The low maintenance needs, high durability, and ability to handle large volumes of material at once contribute to lower operational costs over time. Grizzly screens also reduce wear on downstream equipment by performing initial coarse separation.
Customizable Design:
-
Grizzly screens can be customized in terms of bar spacing, angle of incline, and vibration frequency to suit specific material characteristics and processing requirements, making them versatile for various industries and applications.
Increased Equipment Lifespan:
-
By performing the first stage of screening and removing oversized material before it enters crushers or other processing equipment, grizzly screens reduce wear on downstream machinery, extending their operational life.
Easy Material Flow:
-
The vibrating action ensures that the material is continually agitated, helping to prevent clogging and enabling consistent material flow across the screen, even for sticky or wet materials.
Energy Efficient:
-
The relatively low power requirements of grizzly screens compared to other screening equipment make them an energy-efficient solution for handling bulk materials.
